Payment Methods

MilanoMarktPlace offers various secure and reliable payment methods, ensuring customers a simple, fast, and protected shopping experience.

Transaction Security

All payments made on MilanoMarktPlace are processed through secure and certified systems, ensuring maximum security during each transaction.

Transactions may be subject to checks and verifications by the card issuer or the selected payment provider. The actual charge will only be executed upon completion of the order.

For security reasons, a pre-authorization may be made on the card used. Orders will be shipped only after the necessary verifications are completed.

Any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or administrative charges applied by your bank or the card issuer are not the responsibility of MilanoMarktPlace and will be borne by the customer.

Bank Transfer

In the case of payment via bank transfer, the order will be processed and shipped only after the payment has been received in our bank account.

Instructions for making the bank transfer will be provided during checkout or subsequently via email.

Refunds

Any refunds related to returns or canceled orders will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase, unless different arrangements have been agreed upon with our customer service.

Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), customer personal data is processed in compliance with the current regulations on data protection.

In some cases, data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area that still ensure adequate standards of security and protection of personal data.

Prices and Currencies

All prices on the site are expressed in the currency selected by the customer and, unless otherwise indicated, include VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and automatically added to the total order during checkout, based on the selected shipping method and destination country.

MilanoMarktPlace reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and shipping costs at any time. However, any changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
