It is not possible to send curriculum vitae through the Site. Therefore, your data will not be processed for these purposes.
Appointment Booking
There are no third-party appointment booking systems active on the Site with the Data Controller. Therefore, your data will not be processed for this purpose. In any case, you can always contact the Data Controller using the contact details provided above.
Photographs and Videos
The Data Controller does not request the publication of photographs and/or videos depicting you. Therefore, your data will not be processed for these purposes.
Web scraping
The use of any automated process or system to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any part of our website, including but not limited to web scraping, crawling, or spidering techniques, is expressly prohibited. The Data Controller reserves the right to take all necessary measures, including legal action, to prevent and pursue any unauthorized scraping activity. By using the Site, the user or any third party agrees not to: (i) use automated systems, such as bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access or interact with the Site; (ii) collect content, data, or other information present on the Site without explicit written permission; (iii) distribute, display, publish, or otherwise use content acquired through scraping techniques without consent.Any violation of this clause will be considered a substantial breach of the terms of use of the Site and will result in the adoption of appropriate measures, including the possible suspension of access to the site and the initiation of legal actions to protect the interests of the Data Controller.
Communication of personal data
In the course of its ordinary activities, the Data Controller may communicate your personal data to certain categories of subjects. In Article 2 you can find the list of subjects to whom the Data Controller communicates your personal data. To facilitate the protection of your rights, Article 2 may specify in some cases when your data is not communicated to third parties.
The "communication" of personal data to third parties is different from the "transfer" (regulated in the preceding point).In fact, in communication, the third party to whom the data is transmitted can only use it for the specific purposes described in the relationship with the Data Controller. In the transfer, on the other hand, the third party becomes an independent Data Controller of the personal data. Furthermore, your consent is always required to transfer your personal data to third parties.
Notwithstanding the above, it is understood that the Data Controller may still use your personal data to fulfill the obligations provided by the laws in force.

Art. 1 Processing methods
1.1 The processing of your personal data will mainly be carried out with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means, according to the methods and with the tools suitable to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.If an automatic chatbot service is operational, the user's personal data will be processed in order to enable the provision of assistance and automated interaction services, the management and response to requests sent by the user, as well as the facilitation of contacts between the user and the Data Controller. The processing is carried out through automated tools that allow the user to interact with the Data Controller without immediate human intervention. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to provide an efficient assistance channel and to respond to user requests through the automatic chatbot service, an interest that can be considered equivalent and balanced with that of the data subject to use such a service to obtain information or support.
1.2 The information collected and the methods of processing will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services provided. Your data will also be managed and protected in secure and appropriate IT environments. On the Site, you will have the opportunity to create a public profile in which other users can view the material you have published and your personal data (e.g., photographs or videos). Therefore, you acknowledge and accept that the Data Controller is not responsible for the use that users may make of this material and your personal data.
1.3 No "sensitive data" is processed through the Site. Sensitive data are those that may reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, health status and sexual life.
1.4 Through the Site, judicial data is not processed.
Art. 2 Communication of personal data
The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to specific categories of subjects. The Data Controller wishes to inform users that, in the context of using the YouTube service (managed and owned by Google LLC), certain personal data may be collected and shared. This data collection is essential to provide and improve the user experience on our Site and to enable the viewing of video content integrated via the YouTube API. In detail, when a user views video content via the YouTube API on our Site, the following information may be collected: IP Address: Used to connect the user's device to YouTube for video streaming.Behavioral Data: Includes information on how the user interacts with videos, which videos are viewed, and for how long. Location Information: Used to provide relevant content based on the user's geographic location. This data is automatically collected by the system and, in some cases, may be retained to improve the user experience and for internal analytical purposes on YouTube. It is specified that our Site uses the YouTube API services and, by viewing content through these APIs, the user agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Details on the use of User API Data User API Data: When a user interacts with the YouTube videos embedded on our Site, data such as viewing preferences, history of viewed videos, and interactions with video content (likes, comments, shares) may be collected. This data is made available through the YouTube API and helps to understand how users interact with video content. Access to data via the API Client: Our Site may use specific API calls to request and receive data from YouTube. This may occur when a user views a video, with the system automatically recording the relevant information. Data collection: Data is automatically collected by the YouTube system when users interact with YouTube videos on our Site. This process is essential for providing a smooth and personalized user experience.Data retention: The data collected is securely stored in YouTube's systems for a period that does not exceed the necessity of use. YouTube takes all necessary security measures to protect this data from unauthorized access or illegal use. - Your personal data may also be communicated to all those public and/or private subjects, natural and/or legal persons (legal, administrative, and tax consulting firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Labor Chambers and Offices, etc.), if the communication is necessary or functional to the correct fulfillment of the obligations arising from the law.
- The Data Controller employs employees and/or collaborators in any capacity. For the proper functioning of the Site, the Data Controller may communicate your personal data to these employees and/or collaborators.
- In its ordinary management activities of the Site, the Data Controller makes use of companies, consultants, or professionals tasked with the installation, maintenance, updating, and, in general, the management of the hardware and software of the Data Controller or those that the latter uses for the provision of its services. Therefore, only with reference to these purposes, your data may also be processed by these subjects.
- For the sending of its communications, the Data Controller uses external companies tasked with sending this type of communications (CRM platforms). Your personal data (in particular, the email) may therefore be communicated to these companies.
- For customer assistance purposes, the Data Controller uses one or more companies tasked with providing customer care services.For this purpose, your personal data may be communicated to these companies.
- The Data Controller uses banking institutions and companies that manage national and international payment circuits for online payments of products and services purchased through the Site.
- The personal data of the buyer may be communicated to postal offices, couriers, or shippers responsible for the delivery of the Products purchased through the Site.
- The Data Controller may communicate your personal data to providers of technology based on generative artificial intelligence, used for the operation and automated processing of chatbot responses.
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify the above-mentioned list based on its ordinary operations.Therefore, you are invited to regularly access this information to check to which subjects the Data Controller communicates your personal data.
Art. 3 Retention of personal data
3.1 This article describes how long the Data Controller reserves the right to retain your personal data.
- Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to ensure the proper provision of the services offered through the Site.
- For marketing purposes, personal data will be retained until consent is revoked. For inactive users, personal data will be deleted after one year from the sending of the last email that was possibly viewed.
- For the purpose of executing the sales contract, data will be retained for 10 years from the date of receipt of the purchase order.This is to allow the Data Controller to exercise their right of defense and to demonstrate that the contract has been properly executed.
- For customer care purposes, the data will be deleted once the assistance service is completed and, in any case, within a maximum period of 3 months from the last email exchange with the interested party.
- As provided for by Article 2220 of the Civil Code, invoices, as well as all accounting records in general, are kept for a minimum period of ten years from the date of registration, so that they can be presented in case of an audit.
- Through the Site (or by requesting it from the Data Controller), it is possible to delete the user's account. In this case, all stored personal data will be deleted and will not be retained by the Data Controller for any purpose.
- If you have activated the option to be updated on orders, shipments, and/or supplies, your personal data will be retained for this purpose solely for the time necessary to perform this service.
- The personal data provided through the quote request form will be retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 6 months from its receipt. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are legal obligations that require a longer retention.
- For the purposes of use, publication, and reproduction of photographs and/or videos depicting you, the data will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the informational and promotional purposes related to the activities of the Data Controller.
3.2 Without prejudice to what is provided in Article 3.1. The Data Controller may retain your personal data for the time required by specific regulations, as amended from time to time.
Art. 4 Transfer of personal data
4.1 The Data Controller is based in a country that provides an adequate level of security from a regulatory perspective. If the transfer of your personal data occurs to a non-EU country for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision, the transfer is considered safe from a regulatory perspective in any case. This article 4.1 indicates from time to time the countries to which your personal data may be transferred and where the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision.
- The Data Controller may transfer your personal data to the United Kingdom.The European Commission has indeed ruled, with the decision of June 28, 2021, that the United Kingdom offers an adequate level of personal data protection according to the provisions of the GDPR.
- The transfer of your personal data may take place in Switzerland. The transfer is covered by the European Commission's decision of January 15, 2024, which found that Switzerland provides an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the European Union. The decision was motivated by the publication of the Swiss privacy law in force since September 1, 2023.
- Your personal data may be transferred to the USA based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission. With this decision, the European Commission has determined that the USA offers a level of personal data protection comparable to that provided by the European Union.
4.2 Without prejudice to what is indicated in Article 4.1. Your data may also be transferred to non-EU countries for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. You are therefore invited to regularly review this article 4.2 to ascertain in which of these countries your data may be transferred.
4.3 In this article, the Data Controller indicates the countries to which it may specifically direct its activities. This circumstance may imply the application of the legislation of the country in question, along with that which governs the relationship with the user as indicated in the Introduction.
- Through the Site, personal data of individuals located in Australia is processed. This notice has been prepared taking into account the provisions of Australian national and federal legislation.In particular, reference is made to the Federal Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
- The Site also manages personal data of Canadian users. Therefore, Canadian users are informed that this privacy policy is also compliant with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
- The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a California law that was passed in June 2018. The Data Controller processes the personal data of Californian users in accordance with this law. The user is informed that the personal data processed is that which is communicated on the Site to allow the execution of the contract. The user can exercise the rights provided by the CCPA by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details published above.
- The Nevada Privacy Law (Senate Bill 220) represents a regulation from Nevada, approved in 2019, that protects the privacy of user data. The Data Controller manages the personal data of Nevada users in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. Users are informed that the personal data being processed is that which is provided through the Site to finalize the contract. Users can exercise the rights guaranteed by the Nevada Privacy Law by contacting the Data Controller using the contacts provided earlier.
- The New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, which underwent significant amendments in December 2020, regulates the protection of users' personal data. In accordance with this legislation, the Data Controller carefully manages the personal data of New Zealand users that is collected through the Site in order to ensure the proper execution of the contract.Users are informed that they can exercise the rights granted by New Zealand's privacy law by contacting the Data Controller at the initially provided contact details.
- The Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) is a Chinese regulation that came into effect on November 1, 2021, and governs the protection of users' personal data. In compliance with this law, the Data Controller is committed to the responsible and secure management of the personal data of Chinese users collected through the Site, in order to ensure the proper fulfillment of the contract. Users are informed that they can exercise the rights guaranteed by the Personal Information Protection Law by contacting the Data Controller using the contact details provided earlier.
- The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) is a regulation in Singapore that governs the protection of users' personal data. In accordance with the PDPA, the Data Controller is committed to responsibly managing the personal data of users in Singapore collected through the Site, to ensure adequate fulfillment of the contract. Users are informed that they can exercise their rights under the PDPA by contacting the Data Controller at the contact details provided earlier.
Art. 5.Rights of the data subject
The Data Controller informs you that you have the right to:
- request the Data Controller access to your personal data and the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of processing concerning you or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability
- withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal
- file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The above rights may be exercised by making a request addressed informally to the contacts indicated in the Introduction.
Art. 6.Changes and Miscellaneous
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time, providing appropriate notice to the users of the Site and ensuring adequate and similar protection of personal data in any case. In order to view any changes, you are invited to regularly consult this policy. In the event of substantial changes to this privacy policy, the Data Controller may also communicate this via email.
