Every MilanoMarktPlace order goes through the required verification, preparation and quality-control checks before shipping. Preparation generally takes 2 to 10 business days.

When the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a notification with tracking and, when available, the estimated delivery date.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs depend on the destination country:

• Italy: free shipping;
• European Union countries: free shipping;
• destinations outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland: €29.99.

Any temporary promotions will be shown on the website before the order is completed.

The final applicable cost is always displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs and non-EU shipping

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or customs-clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

These amounts are not included in the product price or in the €29.99 shipping charge and remain the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

MilanoMarktPlace does not determine or collect these charges. Customs procedures may also cause delays that cannot be predicted when the order is placed.

If customs charges are not paid, the parcel is refused or it is not collected for reasons attributable to the recipient, only the actual and documented return, storage, handling or customs-clearance costs incurred by MilanoMarktPlace may be deducted from any refund.

Returns from non-EU countries

For returns from countries outside the EU, the direct return shipping costs and any return customs charges are borne by the customer when the return is due simply to a change of mind.

If MilanoMarktPlace advances these costs, they may be deducted from the refund only for their actual and documented amount.

If the product is incorrect, damaged, defective or not in conformity with the order, the customer must contact Customer Care before shipping it so that MilanoMarktPlace can provide instructions and manage the related costs.
