Returns and Refunds | Milanomarktplace

Milanomarktplace offers a return service on all products in the catalog (excluding mystery boxes and gift cards) that can be activated within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return service can be activated by sending an email to milanomarktplace@gmail.com requesting the return activation code.
It will be sufficient to follow the procedure indicated in the documents received with the order. Milanomarktplace must receive the return at its warehouses within 7 working days from the request for the authorization code.
Return costs and charges will be borne by the customer, who will receive confirmation of the financial refund or store credit within 5 working days of receiving the return, depending on the preferences expressed in the return form. The store credit will be available at check-out among the payment methods, it has no expiry date and can be used partially or in combination with other payment methods - on the entire Milanomarktplace product catalog,
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. The goods must be returned in perfect condition, having been stored and possibly handled with the use of normal diligence - any costs for restoring the product could be charged to the customer.
Milanomarktplace recommends its customers to use express couriers such as Poste Italiane/UPS for their returns - with insurance on the goods, equal to the amount originally paid.
In particular, the goods must be returned:
Properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped with a double box in the case of sneakers (not ruined, damaged or soiled), equipped with all the accessories and documentation provided in the original shipment;
Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging) and the completed return form, in order to allow Milanomarktplace to identify the Buyer.
Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with the effect of a normal test of the article, e.g. trying a shoe on a clean surface or carpet. The articles must therefore not show signs of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a condition as to not allow resale.

Milanomarktplace reserves the right to apply penalties up to 100% of the value of the product for returned items that are not compliant, therefore with signs of use - or without warranty tags still attached to the product or for missing extra accessories.
