Returns and Refunds

At MilanoMarktPlace, we want to ensure our customers have a simple, safe, and transparent shopping experience. For this reason, we offer the possibility to return all products available on the site, except for mystery boxes, gift cards, and custom order products.

The right of return can be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Custom Order Products

For custom order items, purchased specifically at the customer's request, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

In case of cancellation request after 24 hours from the order confirmation, MilanoMarktPlace reserves the right to withhold a penalty equal to 20% of the total amount, to cover the management and procurement costs already incurred.

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, it is necessary to send a request via email to milanomarktplace@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the email address used to make the purchase.

Once confirmation is received, it will be sufficient to follow the instructions provided in the documents received with the order.

The return must arrive at the MilanoMarktPlace warehouses within 7 working days from the request.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the return and any return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using reliable express couriers such as UPS or DHL and always shipping the package with insurance equal to the value of the order, in order to avoid issues in case of loss or damage during transport.

Refund or Store Credit

Once the return is received and verified, our team will proceed within 5 working days to confirm the:

  • monetary refund to the payment method used;
  • store credit, if selected by the customer in the return form.

Store credit does not expire, can be used at any time on the entire MilanoMarktPlace catalog, and is available directly at checkout among the payment methods. Additionally, it can also be used partially or combined with other payment methods.

Conditions of the Returned Product

To properly exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in perfect condition and without signs of use incompatible with normal testing of the item.

In particular, the products must be returned:

  • correctly packaged in the original packaging;
  • in perfect condition;
  • complete with accessories, tags, warranty tags, and received documentation;
  • accompanied by the shipping document and the completed return form;
  • without obvious signs of prolonged use.

In the case of sneakers, we recommend always using a double box to protect the original packaging during shipping.

Items can only be tried on with the normal care necessary to verify size and fit, for example, trying on a shoe on a clean surface or carpet for a few minutes.

Dirty, damaged products, those lacking accessories, or with signs of use that compromise resale will not be accepted.

Penalties for Non-Conforming Returns

MilanoMarktPlace reserves the right to apply penalties of up to 100% of the product value in the event that returned items are:

  • used or damaged;
  • lacking warranty tags;
  • incomplete with original accessories;
  • not conforming to the return conditions stated above.

Our goal is to ensure maximum transparency and protection for both customers and the integrity of the products sold in our store.
