Withdrawal Request

If you purchased as a consumer, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

How to submit your request

Use the online withdrawal service referenced in our returns policy or send an explicit notice to returns@milanomarktplace.com. You do not need to provide a reason. Include your name, order number, email used for the order and the products concerned.

After submitting your request

Customer Care will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not return goods to any other address. For a change-of-mind return, direct return shipping costs are borne by the consumer as explained in the returns policy.
