All orders are processed by our team with care before shipping. Preparation times can generally vary from 2 to 10 working days, as each product undergoes authentication, verification, and quality control procedures before being handed over to the courier.
Delivery times may vary based on the ordered product, the time of year, the availability of the item, or any logistical delays beyond the control of MilanoMarktPlace.
Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing:
- the tracking number of the shipment;
- the link to track the package in real time;
- updates regarding the delivery.
Tracking may take a few hours to update correctly on the courier's systems.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country:
- Italy: always free shipping;
- Europe: always free shipping;
- Rest of the world: 34,99€.
Any promotions or free international shipping will be communicated directly on the website.
Customs and Shipping Outside the EU
For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may be applied by the destination country.
Such costs are not dependent on MilanoMarktPlace and will be charged directly by the courier responsible for delivery. The payment of any customs fees is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
MilanoMarktPlace is not responsible for any delays due to customs checks, import procedures, or failure to pay the taxes required by the destination country.
Returns from Non-EU Countries
In the case of returns from non-EU countries, any customs fees, import taxes, or return shipping costs may initially be incurred by MilanoMarktPlace and subsequently deducted from the customer's final refund.
We advise international customers to always check for any import costs applicable in their country before placing an order.

- All orders are shipped in protective packaging to ensure maximum safety during transport.
