The Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami Lily Mule, reference 1AHLTF, belongs to the second edition of the LV x TM collaboration and combines Monogram denim with the Japanese artist's signature colorful cherries.
The open-back silhouette is completed by a particularly distinctive element: the 55 mm sculptural cherry-shaped heel, which translates the embroidered motif on the upper into a three-dimensional detail.
Monogram Cherry denim and embroidery
The Monogram pattern runs across the denim surface and is layered with embroidered cherries, combining Louis Vuitton's historic visual language with Takashi Murakami's pop aesthetic.
A Louis Vuitton Paris leather patch completes the upper and introduces a different material alongside the denim.
55 mm cherry-shaped heel
The heel measures 5.5 cm and is sculpted to echo the cherries of the collaboration. It is therefore a central part of the design and distinguishes the Lily Mule from a traditional flat mule.
The same graphic universe of the collaboration also appears in selected pieces within the Louis Vuitton Bags collection, while the Lily Mule belongs to the Luxury Shoes selection.
