The Saint Laurent Gaby Vanity Medium in White, reference 7667311EL079207, interprets the vanity-case shape in a more compact 18 cm format. White lambskin is crossed by diamond quilting and decorated with the Cassandre on the front.

Compared with the Large format, the Medium uses an adjustable and removable chain strap paired with the small top handle.

The bag measures 18 × 11 × 6.5 cm, with an approximately 5 cm handle drop.

The Gaby Vanity Medium Black keeps exactly the same proportions and changes the relationship between quilting and color.

Removable chain
